Nurch holds no rights to the design or custom elements we create for you. We'd prefer you hosted your site with us and let us manage it for you, however, we will send you the website files and you're free to host your site wherever you prefer. Keep in mind, our designers do not support changes or updates on sites that are not hosted with us.

Every Website designed and hosted by Nurch is fully supported. Upon sign up, you'll be assigned a Dedicated Design Guru who will be your one point of contact for everything. After you sign off on the final design, you'll be able to make edits by creating a detailed Support Ticket 365 days a year. Any changes or updates take about 48 hours depending on the complexity of the work.

Is this a website builder where I customize a template myself?

Not at all. Some websites we display are actual customers and some are framework examples for visual reference. Your website will be fully custom with like features but stylized and branded according to your business by your dedicated designer.

Can I transfer my existing website?

Easy. Just let your dedicated designer know that you have existing content on another site. They'll do the rest. Before you launch your new site, you'll have a final draft review to ensure everything is just the way you want it.

How many edits can I get once my site is launched?

If you host your site with us, changes are limited depending on which hosting plan you choose. If you don't make more than 5 changes/updates a month then you only need our Basic Hosting Plan. Use our simple work order form and your dedicated designer will handle all your changes for you. Depending on the complexity of the changes, completion time is usually 24-48 hours. Keep in mind, structural changes may incur additional charges.

Can my site be exported?

Absolutely. Your HTML, CSS, and Java Script can be zipped up, exported and hosted wherever you choose. If you choose to host with Nurch, all our hosting plans come with dedicated design support so if you need changes or updates, we do it for you. Nurch Designers do not support updates or changes on sites that are not hosted with us, but accommodations can be discussed.

Do you do any SEO on my website

Yes. We perform on-page SEO services with every website. Our on-page SEO services will format each page properly with associated meta-tags, keywords and conical formatting so search engines will display your pages properly. However, this is not on going SEO which would entail back linking, article writing and on going content production. If you're looking to rank higher, we recommend our Nurch Rank Engine service.
